Analyst's note:  This widespread problem makes me sick!  Obama, Shinseki, and everyone in the VA knew about the issues.  As for Shinseki, he has over 50 IG reports with details. We see that even more disturbing revelations arise from an investigation into fatal delays in care at Veterans Affairs medical centers: Employee bonuses appear to be one factor behind the manipulation of patient wait times in at least one hospital.  Obviously this problem was simply too much for a community organizer.
