North Korea warned the United States this week that it intended to reassemble its primary nuclear complex, the Associated Press reported (see GSN, Sept. 3).

Pyongyang had moved to disable and dismantle the Yongbyon site under the terms of a 2007 denuclearization agreement with China, Japan, Russia, South Korea and the United States.
