Analyst's note: Since we already know that the Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated both the GOP and Democrat parties, why would we want or stand for lawyers who voluntarily helped defend al Qaeda and Taliban suspects directly linked to the supervision of the prosecutions of the Gitmo detainees? Come on Congress, we can do better than this. It makes no sense whatsoever in terms of U.S. national security.

Mr. Holder was soundly defeated by Congress and New Yorkers over his ideologically motivated attempts to permanently disable military commissions and transfer self-proclaimed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed (KSM) and four co-defendants into a lower Manhattan courtroom. Still, the attorney general has found new ways to shake up the system.
