Analyst's note:  Absolutely must see.   If you think this story does not impact you .... better think again.  It is time to wake up out there, especially in OH, PA & WV.   Change is coming. Prices are projected to jump from from today's $16/MW to $136/MW in 2015.  How is that going to work for you with no job?  And I'm not talking about unemployed coal miners.  Your place of employment, to include our defense establishment, has to buy electricity as well just to stay in business.  This will be an additional negative impact on our national security.  We already know that Obama frags military voters.
