Analyst's note: Absolutely must read. Whatever one calls them, these are enemy Islamists jihadists being radicalized using the concepts of shariah law by imams and other Muslim Brotherhood operators functioning within the mosques and other "educational facilitates" within our United States and/or over the internet.
The United States is even now being targeted by this seditious Muslim Brotherhood. They have every intention imposing sharia law and bringing us to submission of Islam. The Muslim Brotherhood is working within our nation. They will test our elected leaders and others who have taken an oath to protect and defend our Constitutional Republic against all enemies foreign and domestic.
Political correctness continues to kill Americans. We simply must know about our enemies. As a minimum, no one should even be considered for high-office (by either promotion or appointment) in the intelligence community until they have demonstrated the skills of strategic thinking. And that is just for starters. We obviously live in treacherous times.
America, along with much of the West, generally still fails realize that a Stealth Jihadist war is being waged against us on our own soil. It is being waged by an ideological movement that manifests itself in different forms of power: regimes, circles within governments, indoctrination of institutions, and other organizations. Because of the stealth, we have failed to detect and thus recognize the jihadists (Salafist & Khumeinists) menace that moves within our society and have done so since at least 1990. We still see much of the mainstream press, maybe as much as 90%, still trying to find non-existent roots other than jihadism to explain the terrorism in this country since 9/11.
Oil money remains the most significant factor contributing to this grand deception. Gulf oil-producing regimes and individuals continue to make money available through various means to colleges, schools, and universities. Oil money also makes its way to public libraries, the public media and government agencies dealing with education, defense and national security. The influence has spread like a cancer through all layers of public life. As such it has directly influenced the well-being of our economy, and our political establishment. Such power and influence from oil money is also found within the United Nations.
This corruption by oil money has poisoned much of our public perception. This includes our newsrooms, courtrooms, artrooms (including what comes out of Hollywood), too many of our war rooms, and finally our legislature and business suites. We are seeing the consequences of this today now with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
To help put this discussion into perspective, it helps to understand that according to Dr. Walid Phares, 90% of American Middle Eastern studies programs - from which the United States has been receiving much of our information on the jihadist enemy - is run by Wahabist radicals out of their home country of Saudi Arabia.
We have enemies foreign and domestic in many U.S. colleges & universities. We now have "progressives" who want to hand $44 billion to illegals in order that these illegals can then receive these federal student loans, which are often used to cover living expenses, as well as tuition, over the course of eight years, even if they do not complete a college degree. This, in order to create an even more solid voting base of "progressives" which move us even farther away from the principles first brought to this great country by our founding fathers.
Too many in our younger generations have generally lost the art of critical thinking in much of our society. As a result we have also observed Islam's tentacles enveloping U.S. and this critical issue is not even recognized. Political correctness (PC) generated in these institutions of "higher-learning" are significantly impacting our national security in a negative manner. As a society, we can do much better than to be driven by the radicals from the 60's.
The fundamentals of intrinsically violent Islam and help you to be able to more knowledgeably convey the facts to others. As explained by Robert Spencer, one of the greater mistakes that Western societies make in assessing Muslim practices is allowing ourselves to be cornered (or silenced) by accusatory rhetoric into evaluating the doctrine solely in the context of its function in facilitating man’s and woman’s relationship to the Almighty. The Western World at some point will either lay down and submit before the Forces of Islam or make a stand and refuse to be silenced. Radical Islamist who are based on the ideology of Islam and practice jihad, short of death, will give no other options.
"Recently the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Mike Mullen, said there are “new ways of deterrence that address those factors that make individuals vulnerable to coercion…”. In a speech delivered at the Hoover Institution, Admiral Mullen noted that the Taliban, Hamas, Hezbollah, and al Qaida can be deterred by a traditional method of military retaliation and by nontraditional means of attacking extremism at its core. “Attacking the humiliation, the hopelessness, the illiteracy and abject poverty which lie at the core of the attraction to extremist thought will do more to turn the tide against terrorism than anything else,” he announced.
Presumably an understanding of the Koran, rather than an interpreter’s view, a higher standard of living and understanding wives and friends will convert swords into plowshares. It would seem that even military leaders are vulnerable to Opry-logic.
[....] How can one deter an enemy when there is a refusal to understand him? Even those in the Arab world are perplexed. Middle East tradition indicates you side with the “strong horse.” But if you do not know how to apply your strength, you become the “weak horse.” At the moment, U.S. psychologizing is having a paralyzing influence in fighting a war against radical Islam.
Can you imagine a strategy in World War II in which we argued the most effective way to deter the Nazis would be classes on Mein Kampf? Or perhaps we should have sent psychologists to Berlin instead of Patten’s army.
It boggles the imagination to consider how misguided military strategists have become. From battlefield action based on lethality we have seemingly moved to Dr. Phil on the military couch. The question that remains is whether the U.S. can subdue an enemy committed to our destruction with psychological, economic and social tactics. Obviously Admiral Mullen thinks we can; I have considerable doubt. "
The jihadist leadership counts on being treated like common criminals and may well count on overwhelming our legal system. This seditious enemy must be identified and outed BEFORE they strike. This is FAR MORE than just Al Qaeda involved here. Per the writings of my friend William J. Dell, as bad as this will be, this is still NOT the greatest threat to our nation.
“In questions of power then,” wrote Jefferson, “let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.” For much too long, We the People, as individuals and as a nation, have allowed through complacency our elected representatives to remove the “chains of the Constitution” set there to bind them from mischief and to protect our liberties in a Constitutional Republic. Worse than that, we have allowed them through apathy to convert them into “chains of slavery” for us in the name of “social-justice.” It was Jefferson who also said, “If we can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under pretense of caring for them, they will be happy.” Have we not, for the last 100 years, allowed the government through our complacency and apathy to do precisely that as they have changed our Constitutional Republic into a democracy !
[....] my fellow Americans — Apathy is the greatest threat to America’s freedom! Whether by ignorance or neglect by those who understand, it is the same. In the economy of God, Freedom belongs only to those who believe in it the most. Those who, like the Founding Fathers, are willing to pledge their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to its attainment and its preservation."
You can begin to understand by doing a search within this site on the term "Muslim Brotherhood" and "sharia" (since the word is spelled with and without the "h", this spelling gets them both in the search. Our national survival demands that American citizens participate in this work of enlightenment. According to this most recent article by FoxNews, we find the following being reported:
"The next wave of Al Qaeda recruits are born or educated in the United States. Most are just old enough to remember 9/11, yet they are turning their back on the United States
[....] a central tip came from a chemical supplier who said he was suspicious about the amount of phenol Aldawsari wanted to buy."
[....]The threat from so-called lone wolf operators was the subject of a recent intelligence assessment obtained by Fox News as part of an on-going investigation into the American born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who is said to be an operational planner for Al Qaeda’s affiliate in Yemen. The assessment, titled “Evolution of the Terrorist Threat to the United States,” clearly says the threat is more diversified than ever before.[....]"
