Analyst Notes:  Here is a chilling article about the ineffective Federal guidelines from 2008 attempting to set standards to protect America's electrical power grid. A Dept of Energy Inspector General report now severely criticizes US electrical industry for ignoring these standards and leaving us vulnerable to crippling attacks via internet on our electrical generation.  One more serious threat Congress and the Administration are failing to address while playing politics with our debt and economy.  Their games may be fun for them, but this government is NOT addressing its responsibilities to protect the American people. What good are the games if the nation is again damaged by neglect of duty?
