A major blow in the GWOT. This view from the UK gives a different spin than that of the U.S. press. Interesting that the court’s majority (5-4 decision) ignored their own precedent from WWII in Ex Parte Quirin, 317 U.S. 1 (1942), denying captured German saboteurs habeus corpus to civilian courts.
